Nasi Uduk Betawi

Nasi uduk is made by cooking rice soaked in coconut milk instead of water, along with clove, cassia bark, and lemongrass to add aroma. Served with dishes ikan bilis kacang, sambal goreng kentang, gulai sayur,semur or jengkol,boiled egg, fried tempeh,and fried tau-hu.
